Question 1: How will 1 Easy Meds help me get my free medication?
Answer: We will match your prescription with the specific pharmaceutical company. We will prepare all required application documents for each company. We will forward the documents for both your personal and physician's signature. We will deliver your signed applications to the appropriate program for processing.
Question 2: How long does it take to get my medication?
Answer: Usually it takes 4-8 weeks once we receive the requested documents from you.
Question 3: What is the cost of this program?
Answer: $19.95 per month per prescription billed quarterly.
Question 4: Where will the medication be sent to?
Answer: The pharmaceutical company decides whether to send your medication to you or your physician's office. They can't be sent to 1 Easy Meds.
Question 5: Can I discontinue my service?
Answer: Yes, by sending in a 30 day written notice.
Question 6: What if I receive a new prescription?
Answer: Simply fax it in the new prescription and pay the $19.95 fee for processing and we will add it to your current prescription list. We will prepare the necessary paper work for your personal and your physician's signature.
Question 7: What if I leave the program will I have to pay a new application fee?
Answer: No. your application fee is for a life time.
Question 8: Is there any co-payment or any other charges associated with this program?
Answer: No.
Question 9: Will the medication be name brand or generic?
Answer: Only a name brand drug.
Question 10: Who supplies the medication?
Answer: The medication is supplied and sent directly to you or your physician from the manufacturer and normally filled for a 90 day supply.
Question 11: What if I did not file tax last year?
Answer: You must file IRS form 4506
Question 12: How long do I have to be unemployed before I qualify?
Answer: As soon as you receive your paper work filing for unemployment.
Question 13: What if I don't find my medication on the drug list?
Answer: Ask your physician if another drug is available as a substitute.
Question 14: What if I have health insurance or a discount card?
Answer: You can have health insurance as long as it has no prescription coverage. Discount cards don't count as insurance.
